STORY: There is a young lady. Her name is Sara. She has been studying at a university for the past year. Sara is studying to be a teacher. Ever since she was little, Sara loved working with kids and helping her teacher in any way possible. She was always playing and pretending she was a teacher. She enjoyed being the one who could teach someone something new. As Sara got older, she felt the Lord continue to give her a passion for helping others. While she was in school, she spent her free time tutoring little kids. She liked tutoring and working with kids because she could help them. Sara also felt like she could be a light for the kids who were struggling, just as Jesus had been the light in her life. For Sara, following what the Lord put on her heart was easy. Her whole life, she had learned how important it was to follow the Lord and to give all the glory to him. Exodus 9:16 says, “But I have raised you up for this very purpose, that I might show you my power and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth.”  Sara knew that this was her calling that the Lord had blessed her with. Sara wants to use her platform as a teacher to be able to influence many kids. She would love to show them that having passion for something can help you go a long way. She would like to show her students that life can be different and that it doesn’t always have to look the way you think it should. Sara knows that there are many ways to live and if you follow your passion and your purpose you can go far in life.
